Leasing Service Available Positions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule all unit PM’s and service work into the shop.
- Manage all customer break downs and follow-up.
- Customer/Driver training on product knowledge.
- Manage day to day customer interactions relating to service on rental and lease vehicles.
- Monitors technicians’ job progress.
- Reports vehicle repair status to Service Manager throughout the day.
- Elevates technical support request with vendor if desired results are not achieved.
- Manage and submit all warranty and policy as required.
- Track all recalls and AFCs to achieve goal of less than 3%
- Manage PM schedule with customers to ensure all units are up to date.
- Communicates with Service Manager to ensure a steady workflow is maintained.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Education/Experience/Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
2 years’ technical experience
Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in vendor software and special tool knowledge
Technical knowledge of vehicles and systems
Excellent communication and time management skills

Leasing Shop Porter Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily washing and fueling of rental fleet; as needed
- Mounting and de-mounting of tires
- Pick up and delivery of trucks on as needed basis
- General clean up of shop and wash areas
Leasing Shop Porter Physical Requirements
- Occasional lifting, typically below 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, and otherwise maneuver in and around heavy trucks.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
Leasing Shop Porter Preferred Qualifications
- Good organization skills and strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with a dealership shop environment
- Certified to drive commercial vehicles such as forklifts and tractors
- High School Diploma or GED
