CURBSIDE PARTS PICKUP

As an essential service to the transportation industry, we remain fully operational and dedicated to serve you during these difficult times. For your convenience and safety, we’ve added CURBSIDE PICKUP. Simply place your order via phone or online and we’ll let you know when your order is ready for CURBSIDE PICKUP. 

VIA PHONE:

• Call one of our six locations (phone #’s below) and ask for the parts department
• Place your order with one of our parts professionals and request CURBSIDE PICKUP.
• We will confirm when parts are in stock and process payment via credit card or credit account, then let you know when to head to the location for CURBSIDE PICKUP.
• Park in one of the CURBSIDE PICKUP designated spots and give us a call to let us know you’re here. We will either bring your parts to you or direct you to pull around to Shipping & Receiving if needed.

ONLINE:

• If you’d like to order parts online for delivery or CURBSIDE PICKUP go to https://www.carolinainternational.com/--orderpartsonline to login or sign up for our online parts store. Once logged in you can view parts diagrams by VIN and order parts right from your computer or smart phone. 
• When ordering, indicate your preferred CURBSIDE PICKUP location in the notes. 
• We will communicate when parts are ready for CURBSIDE PICKUP.
• Park in one of the CURBSIDE PICKUP designated spots and give us a call to let us know you’re here. We will either bring your parts to you or direct you to pull around to Shipping & Receiving if needed. 

Parts delivery will continue. Delivery drivers will communicate prior to for customer’s preference to leave inside or outside of buildings.
